PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Mobi Axxess Wireless delivers ultra-high speed 2-way broadband services to business and consumer markets utilizing unregulated public spectrum, commonly referred to as the Industrial, Scientific and Medical Bands (ISM).

This spectrum is exempt from regulatory requirements in most countries and operates in the 2.4GHz to 5.9GHz frequency. This spectrum is being standardized and operates in a protocol referred to as 80216 and more widely known as WIMAX.

LIMITATIONS OF COMPETITORS
The existing “wired” infrastructure was never designed to carry large amounts of data at high speeds to end-users. This inherently cripples the development of products and services that demand large amounts of data at consistently high speeds – i.e. video on demand on a massive scale.

Telecommunications companies are facing burdensome operational and revenue limitations today because they have reached capacity on existing hardwired “last mile”

infrastructure to businesses and cannot offer new broadband enabled products and services without significant capital outlay.

Furthermore, the nature of current wired networks means that the networks slow down as they become more popular. The total bandwidth is divided by the number of concurrent users. This is why telcos cannot offer guaranteed speeds for their most popular packages.
